i use cotton batting

and the swirlstemplate for the longarmquilting

this time i had luck

i didn´t bought any fabric

all fabric is from my stash

even for the borders and the backing!

and i tried something different for the longarmquilting

i did some pattern from the roll

it came with my longarmmaschine

and i tried it for the first time

it worked better than i thought

and i´m happy with the result

Heute war mal wieder so ein Tag

Es war so richtig Sonntag, den ganzen Tag hat es geregnet, ich habe mit der Longarmmaschine einen Quilt bearbeitet der schon fast 5 Jahre in meinem Schrank lag. Leider kann man das Quilting nicht ganz so gut erkennen, fürs Photoshooting war es schon zu dunkel. Vielleicht hole ich es ja noch nach.... mal sehen.

Die Inspiration bekam ich aus einem Buch von Dorthe Jollmann, darin waren 24 Blöcke zu einem Adventskalender verarbeitet, ich wollte einen Hochzeitsquilt daraus machen!
