cherry buns

70 g butter ( margarine) melted

1 egg (1tbsp. soy flour + 2 tbsp. water)

50 g sugar

stir together

250 g flour

1/2 package baking powder

100 ml milk

2 hands full cherries

mixe all together

make 8 buns, put some sugar chrystals onto

and bake 20 minutes by 200°C in the oven.
